About Us

We've homeschooled eight children for 26 years now. All have graduated except one who still has two years to go. The basis of our approach to homeschooling our children has been primarily the Moores' philosophy as taught in all of their books, but especially in The Successful Homeschool Family Handbook.

This book was borne out of parents needing answers to questions they had about homeschooling their children. It's an outstanding resource that all parents would be proud to add to their library. Many people equate homeschooling to stress and no time for yourself. The Moores' show us that homeschooling can be both successful and stress-free!

Our children were gifted to us to love and cherish. This doesn't end at age five when they are sent out the door to public schools. As parents we need to continue to be vigilant about our children's development and upbringing. If you want your children to develop into wonderful adults, then it is your responsibility to raise wonderful children; not the state's! This takes time, love, patience, guidance and above all, much prayer!

No matter the age of your child, much can be gained by reading the Moores' books. Every book is brimming with common sense and practical advice that will help you become great parents AND teachers.
